Is it possible for a man to get a partial sex change and still live as a male ?

I was curious if it was possible to get a partial sex change. Lower half only? I am a male and would like to keep my outside appearance and role in the work place as male. I would like to have my genitals replaced with a vagina.My wife is ok with it. is it legaly possible to do that? I need to have a male appearance because of my job and family. I am not a homosexual any advice out there?
