Can a relationship work if the sex is bad?

My boyfriend is not good when it comes to sex. He is fine when performing orally and satisfies me that way but is really really bad when it comes to sex. At this point we've been dating for several months and I am in love with him but sometimes I wonder if it will work out long term because of this.
